How your enquiry is handled

When you submit a form, the details are sent by email to our team inbox at Hello@enigmac.co.uk so we can reply to you. We use third-party providers to host this website and deliver that email; they process the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your matter and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and then delete it. If you ask us to erase your enquiry sooner and we have no obligation to retain it, we will.
